This painting was inspired by my granddaughter's first toddler ballet class. The "experienced" ballerinas all bent gracefully at the waist; this little ballerina plunked herself downward in her best imitation of their grace. Her technique needs a little work, but her "Nutcracker Dreams" are still in tact!
